Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inventory Planning and Control Lead to join our supply chain team at Vertical Advantage. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing stock levels across multiple production locations and hubs.

You will also oversee supplier management, ensuring accurate stock components in the ERP system. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual who is happy to take on process improvements.

  • Manage stock movement across production sites, monitoring safety stock levels
  • Create and share materials forecasts with suppliers
  • Oversee month-end stock recounts and reconciliations at each production site
  • Pursue process improvement projects
  • Develop relationships with suppliers and co-packers
  • Lead and develop a small team on a daily basis

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Graduate calibre or equivalent working experience
  • Proven experience in planning roles from fast-paced FMCG environments
  • Experience managing teams or looking for a step up
  • Highly numerate with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage stakeholders at various levels
  • Strong IT skills, SAP advantageous

This role offers a salary package including £55,000 - £62,000 + bonus and benefits. You will enjoy a dynamic work environment, working cross-functionally with supply chain and commercial departments to achieve company goals.
