Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse and Inventory Control Specialist to join our team at Andrecruit Group Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the warehouse operation, implementing inventory control procedures, and working closely with production planning and material handlers to deliver on-time-in-full (OTIF) level targets.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of logistics management experience, with a strong ability to work in a structured and methodical manner. You will also possess good IT skills, particularly in Excel spreadsheets, and experience in high-end working stores environments. Additionally, you will have a forklift license and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the warehouse operation, including inventory control and storage
  • Implement inventory control procedures and policies
  • Work closely with production planning and material handlers to achieve OTIF targets
  • Maintain oversight of the stores area, including external yard areas, finished goods warehouses, and raw material stores
  • Check and sign off transport invoices
  • Responsible for improving stock holding efficiency through increased stock turns
  • Checking of incoming materials and storage by stock location
  • Maintenance of accurate stock records
  • To work with the warehouse team to ensure holiday and sickness cover
  • Working closely with the Supply Chain Manager, Production Planner, and Production Manager to achieve 100% on-time delivery to customers
  • Participate in and actively promote the company's Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) to improve processes and reduce waste
  • Accountable for monitoring, setting, and maintaining stock re-order levels
