    Coach, a global fashion house, seeks a seasoned professional to lead the Europe Inventory Management team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for creating and driving in-season management of the overall plan across retail, ecommerce, and outlet channels.

    The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of inventory management principles and have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise will be invaluable in driving business performance and maximizing inventory optimization opportunities.

    In this role, you will work closely with the Tapestry Senior Director, Inventory Management & Allocation, to lead a team of two, a Senior Inventory Management Planner and Inventory Management Planner. Your responsibilities will include:

      • Leading annual inventory management for Coach Europe.

      • Monthly sales reforecast against OTB plans, supporting the evaluation of business performance and update of sales, shipments, inventory, GM%, DR% targets, and stock turn.

      • Driving total Europe inventory optimization, in line with global targets, to support delivery of the Coach Europe Annual Operating plan and facilitate inventory optimization.

      • Maintaining and publishing seasonal OTB, including sales, gross margin, shipment, inventory turn, and W/li.

      • Managing the carryover vs seasonal inventory strategy (NOOS management) in-season trading, driving risk and opportunity discussions.

      • Determining optimal multi-brand DC fulfilment at time of seasonal buys (utilising planning system and tools).

      • Utilising planning system management and ensuring deliverables are met by the team.

      • Partnering with Buying teams to drive movement of aged inventory through relevant channels and share timelines with the business.

      • Collating and presenting inventory overview and weekly trade to Global teams and Leadership team.

      • Partnering closely with the Finance team to align on short- and long-term sales, gross margin, and inventory targets.

    The ideal candidate will possess:

      • 4+ years' experience in inventory management/merchandise planning.

      • Highly commercial, numerate, and analytical, and familiar with demand planning processes, operating with a clear command of key financial drivers in driving a business.

      • Advanced computer skills in Excel and retail planning systems e.g. RPAS, Cora, SAP.

      • Proven people management skills with the ability to effectively communicate, mentor, and problem-solve.

      • Experience of working with a global company/brand.
