Inventory Control Administrator I Position

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Inventory Control Administrator I to join our team at Incora. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our inventory management system and physical inventory across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform and review high volumes of data entry into inventory management systems, including JDE and AIMS.
  • Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies, utilizing root cause analysis and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Execute stock transfers, both physically and systematically, to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Engage professionally and thoroughly with various departments to ensure inventory status and accuracy.
  • Recommend process improvements to ensure adequate controls are in place to mitigate gaps and escapes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in general warehousing, supply chain, and/or inventory management.
  • Proven excellence in customer service and professional communication across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Ability to demonstrate working knowledge of Wesco customers and products.
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately and efficiently perform root cause analysis and conduct thorough research.
  • Proven ability to respond to urgent requests from multiple sources and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Forklift experience.
  • Intermediate competency working with integrated data systems, Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Word.
