We are seeking an experienced and skilled Professional Lead Physiotherapist to join our team at Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our physiotherapy department, you will be responsible for providing professional leadership and guidance to our team of physiotherapists, ensuring that we deliver high-quality patient care and services.

- Providing professional leadership and guidance to our physiotherapy team
- Developing and implementing physiotherapy services and policies
- Ensuring that our physiotherapy services are safe, effective, and patient-centered
- Working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
- Representing physiotherapy at local and national levels

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Experience of working as a physiotherapist in a clinical setting
- Leadership and management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of physiotherapy practice and policy
