Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist Assistant to join our team at CLD Recruitment (Leeds) Ltd in Bradford. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing administrative and general HR support to the business.

About You: To be successful in this role, you will need 1-2 years' experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources position. You should have a strong ability in using MS Office and experience with HR databases. Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices is also essential.

The Role: The successful candidate will assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements and communicating with candidates. You will also manage holiday and sickness absence records, maintaining accurate data. Additionally, you will ensure company policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to.
