Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our team at The Bradford Moor Practice. This is a full-time office-based role, Monday to Friday, with 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining administrative systems, providing administrative support services, and raising invoices and purchase orders. They will also be responsible for monitoring and ordering equipment and supplies, maintaining staff files, and drafting routine HR letters.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a forward-thinking Primary Care Network (PCN) to support the Management Team by providing efficient administrative services.

The post-holder will have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Chrome, and experience of organizing meetings and events. They will also have familiarity with working in an office environment and experience of HR administration.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining administrative systems and processes
  • Providing administrative support services

Requirements

  • Strong IT skills: Microsoft Office, Google Chrome
  • Experience of organizing meetings and events
  • Previous employment in an Administrative and/or Operational role
  • Familiarity with working in an office environment
  • Experience of HR administration
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders

Salary

An estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
