About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Software Presales Engineer to join our team at Oracle. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for formulating and leading technical support activities to prospective customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and lead technical support activities to prospective customers
  • Develop and propose creative and complex solutions to meet clients' business requirements
  • Lead all aspects of the technical presales process, working closely with Oracle product specialist teams
  • Advise Oracle sales and external clients on overall architect solutions
  • Work closely with customers to define and drive sales strategy
  • Support sales territory planning and own relationships with client technical stakeholders
  • Design and architect technical solutions, build and maintain technical engagement plans with customers
Requirements
  • Broad technical experience of Oracle database and software solutions
  • Experience in implementing Oracle technology adoption and designing architectural solutions
  • Ability to articulate Oracle technology software offerings and discuss architectures
  • Familiarity with Oracle database and wider knowledge of the Oracle technology software portfolio
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to speak comfortably across all levels of management
  • Commercial business understanding and ability to identify key trends and business drivers
  • Experience in engaging and influencing, building relationships to grow business
  • Strong collaboration skills and drive for impact and influence
