Support Worker for Children and Young People

We are seeking experienced care professionals to join our team at Bristol City Council to provide support to children and young people with disabilities and complex needs in a residential short breaks setting.
The successful candidate will be part of a well-established team, providing high-quality care and support to our service users. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing individualized care and support to children and young people with disabilities and complex needs
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support
- Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
