We are seeking experienced care professionals to join our team at Bristol City Council to provide support to children and young people with disabilities and complex needs in a residential short breaks setting.

The successful candidate will be part of a well-established team, providing high-quality care and support to our service users. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individualized care and support to children and young people with disabilities and complex needs
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support
  • Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
