About the Role
We are seeking casual care assistants to support our team in providing care and support for children and young people with disabilities and complex needs in a residential short breaks setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the care and well-being of children and young people with disabilities and complex needs
- Work as part of a team to provide a safe and supportive environment
- Assist with daily living tasks and activities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues
Requirements
- Experience of care work or working with children/young people
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and school holidays
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
