  • Cultivate strong relationships with key vendors, distributors, and service partners, fostering collaboration and mutual success.
  • Proactively manage sales pipelines, forecasting accurately to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and events that generate leads and enhance brand awareness.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Document Solutions pillar, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Keep customers informed about product updates, incentives, and general announcements, maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the MIF base, including serial numbers, contract information, and customer data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Monitor and manage customer success in post-sales, addressing any concerns and fostering long-term relationships.
