We are seeking a highly skilled Special Educational Needs (SEN) support professional to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited in Lambeth.

Salary: £25,920 - £28,830 per annum

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Psychology or a related field from a top UK university, although experience working with children is not required. The successful applicant will possess a patient and calming manner, allowing them to provide effective support to students.

This role involves developing and preparing materials for individual learning, keeping records of pupil observations, and carrying out general teaching assistant responsibilities. The SEN support professional will work under the supervision of the school's SENCo and various class teachers, providing extensive support to students.

The estimated salary range for this role is based on a 52-week contract. The selected candidate will participate in extensive in-house and external training to further develop their skill set.

  • Develop and prepare materials for individual learning
  • Keep written records of pupil observations
  • Carry out general TA responsibilities in class where required
  • Work under supervision of the school SENCo and various Class Teachers
  • Provide effective support to students, helping to build social confidence and academic engagement
  • Participate in extensive in-house and external training to develop skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a degree in Psychology or a related field from a top UK University and possess a patient, calming manner with the ability to support others.
