Financial Delivery Specialist

Reactive Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Newry. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for securing the successful financial delivery of projects by controlling costs, project programmes, site layouts, weekly cost reports, site records, progressing monthly valuations, and managing variations and change orders.
About the JobThis is a full-time permanent position that offers an excellent overall package along with working in a position which will offer genuine career progression.
Main duties include:
- Securing the successful financial delivery of projects
- Controlling Costs, Project Programmes, Site Layouts, Weekly Cost Reports, Site Records
- Progressing Monthly Valuations, Managing Variations and Change Orders
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3rd Level Degree in Quantity Surveying or a relevant construction degree with extensive site experience
- Minimum 5+ years experience in financial planning and control of mechanical projects
- Knowledge in JCT and NEC Forms of Contract
- Ability to manage multiple contracts from inception to final account stage
- UK Driving Licence, CSR card or equivalent H&S card for site (desirable)
This role comes with a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
