This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for finance and administration who thrives in a dynamic, team-focused environment. The successful candidate will have proficiency in Xero or SAGE Line 50 accounting software, strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook), and meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
The Financial Transaction Specialist will be responsible for managing financial transactions efficiently using Xero Accounting Software, handling VAT compliance and processing accurately, conducting credit control for supplier invoices and client accounts, executing general administrative duties related to finance and office operations, and providing professional and friendly communication.
