Job Title: Construction Financial Specialist

Vickerstock is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team as a Construction Financial Specialist. This role will involve providing accurate commercial reports on projects, managing sub-contract payment applications, and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.

About the Role:
This position requires previous experience in a similar role, a 3rd level education in Quantity Surveying, and strong contractual knowledge. The ideal candidate will also have previous fit-out experience and full right to work in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate commercial reports on projects
- Manage sub-contract payment applications
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements
- Travel requirement: periods of time working on global sites

What You'll Get:
In return for your skills and experience, you can expect a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 31 days holiday, private medical insurance, health cash plan, enhanced pension, life insurance, onsite parking, and enhanced maternity/paternity pay.
