About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in securing the financial delivery of projects, working closely with clients and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

The ideal candidate will have a 3rd Level Degree in Quantity Surveying or a relevant construction degree with significant site experience. Additionally, knowledge of JCT and NEC Forms of Contract is required. The ability to manage multiple contracts from inception to final account stage is also crucial.

Key skills and qualifications include:
  • Excellent commercial risks management and tender preparation skills
  • Comprehensive financial planning and control of mechanical projects
  • UK Driving Licence, CSR card or equivalent H&S card for site (desirable)

Salary: £58,000 - £68,000 per annum
