Job Overview:
Reactive Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency specialising in construction and property roles. We are currently seeking a Construction Financial Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced quantity surveyor to take on a challenging role with excellent career progression opportunities.

As a Construction Financial Specialist, you will be responsible for securing the successful financial delivery of projects by controlling costs, project programmes, site layouts, weekly cost reports, site records, progressing monthly valuations, and managing variations and change orders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need a 3rd Level Degree in Quantity Surveying or a relevant construction degree, with minimum 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying. You should also have knowledge of JCT and NEC Forms of Contract, experience in financial planning and control of mechanical projects, and the ability to manage multiple contracts from inception to final account stage. We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including pension fund, parking, paid holidays, and more.
