About the Role: As a Senior Data Governance Manager at ENGINEERINGUK, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and implementing data governance strategies across our organisation. With 5+ years of experience in delivering data governance initiatives in complex environments, you will be responsible for establishing robust data governance frameworks that empower teams to maximise the value derived from our data.

Main Responsibilities: You will support the data governance lead in driving the successful implementation of data governance initiatives, develop frameworks for organising and categorising data domains, engage with business stakeholders to implement best practices, drive data governance initiatives within data domain squads, and monitor and measure effectiveness.

About You: To be successful in this role, you should possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in working with cloud-based data platforms, and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with data governance technologies, tools, and standards is essential. A proven track record in supporting the implementation of data governance initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams is also required.

What We Offer: As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on your experience.
