Job Title: Corporate Governance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Governance Specialist to join our team at Atlas Professionals in Newcastle. This is a full-time role with a salary of approximately £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.

Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company's corporate governance practices align with best-in-class standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing corporate governance policies and procedures.
- Conducting regular reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to communicate governance-related information and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., law, business, or environmental science).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate ideas and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
