Job Description

This Government Estates Specialist role involves delivering projects to Government Soft Lands/BSRIA soft-landing principals on various project types and scales. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of information management, information demand factors, RASCI matrix, terms of reference, and governance processes.

Key responsibilities include developing and assuring the requirements of supply chain partners, ensuring accurate, complete, consistent, and accessible information on built assets. The ideal candidate will also have experience with Post Occupancy Surveys, focusing on asset management.

We offer a competitive salary of £42,614 to £45,081, depending on location, as well as a generous pension scheme, flexible working hours, and access to professional development opportunities.
