About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our Real Estate team in Newcastle. The successful candidate will have a degree qualification in a relevant discipline and extensive experience managing Real Estate projects in a consultancy environment.

Key responsibilities include advising at a strategic level, leading project governance processes, managing quality, safety, health, and environment issues, and monitoring project finances.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to develop new business opportunities, identify cross-selling opportunities, and work with Associate Directors and Directors to construct bids for new work.

The estimated salary for this position is £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
