We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Coordinator to join our client's team based in Glasgow.

This is an exciting opportunity for professionals looking to take on a leadership role and drive performance within a manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring production targets are achieved and driving performance alongside the production plan to guarantee customer deliveries. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring high production plan adherence and implementing recovery plans for any non-adherence.
  • Actively managing and promoting Health & Safety within the team.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement within the production area and managing team performance.

The estimated salary for this role is £58,750 per annum, dependent on experience. A competitive benefits package including a pension scheme and annual leave will be offered to the successful candidate.
