Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Planning Projects Executive to join our team at AG Barr. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment, supporting the Supply Planning Projects Manager in planning and executing various projects related to CapEx, New Product Development (NPD), and Evolution Product Development (EPD).
About the Role
- Assist the Supply Planning Projects Manager in planning and executing projects.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and provide solutions to mitigate them.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, meeting notes, and status reports.
- Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and provide regular updates.
Your Responsibilities Will Include...
- Project Support: Assist the Supply Planning Projects Manager in planning and executing various projects.
- Project Tracking: Monitor the progress of projects, identify potential risks or delays, and provide solutions to mitigate them.
- Documentation Management: Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, meeting notes, and status reports.
- Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and provide regular updates.
About You
- FMC?Planning Experience:Experience in end-to-end supply chain management within a similar FMCG environment is highly desirable.
- Project Management Knowledge: An understanding of project management methodologies would be beneficial.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement Mindset: A focus on driving efficiency and process improvement.
- Numeracy & Analytical Skills: Strong skills in managing, analysing, and interpreting complex data.
