Are you a highly organized and efficient individual looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Professional Services Co-ordinator to join our team at Optical Express. This exciting role will see you working closely with our professional staff, scheduling appointments and ensuring our services run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Optometrist database to ensure timely holiday approvals
- Assist in client relationship management with Self Employed Optometrists to fill gaps at short notice
- Maintain a commercially minded approach, using common sense, proactivity, and flexibility in your work
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Show computer literacy and be a quick learner
- Nurture relationships with senior Managers and qualified healthcare providers through effective communication
- Cover Saturdays on a 1-in-3 rotation is essential for this role
- A competitive salary: £24,500 per annum
