Senior Care Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Care Manager to join our team in Cumbernauld. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the Optometrist database, ensuring full optimization of Optometrists within the region, and approving holidays in a timely manner.
This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior Managers and qualified professional healthcare providers. You must also have a commercially-minded approach, with a common sense, proactive, and flexible attitude towards work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the Optometrist database
- Ensuring full optimization of Optometrists within the region
- Approving holidays in a timely manner
- Assisting client relationship management with the Self-Employed Optometrist network
- Regular communication with the regional team to ensure optimization of Optometrists
Requirements:
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Computer literacy and quick learning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
