Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our care home, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work with individuals who require personal care assistance, such as washing, dressing, and feeding. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment, promoting independence, and encouraging social interaction among residents.
In addition to your caregiving skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues. A willingness to learn and adapt to our innovative approach to care is essential.
About the Role:
- Provide personalized care and support to residents with varying needs and abilities.
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
- Maintain accurate records of resident care and report any changes or concerns to senior staff.
