Beechgrove Care Home offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents as a Healthcare Assistant Manager. We are looking for an experienced and compassionate individual to lead our care team and ensure that our residents receive exceptional care and support.

Estimated Salary: £24,448 - £30,496 per annum (£12.10 per hour)

This is a full-time contract with flexible shifts available, offering opportunities for career progression and professional growth.

As a Healthcare Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of care assistants, developing personalized care plans, and promoting the well-being and independence of our residents. You will also be expected to maintain high standards of care, adhere to relevant policies and procedures, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

To succeed in this role, you should have SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent experience as a Care Assistant, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. You must also be able to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
