The role we are seeking to fill is for a Lead Physiotherapist to join our Physiotherapy Team at Rowley Hall Hospital. As a highly experienced physiotherapist, you will be responsible for delivering clinical care to in-patients and out-patients, including those with complex MSK conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To manage a caseload of patients with orthopaedic, spinal, podiatric and surgical conditions
  • To lead individual and group rehabilitation programmes
  • To develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
  • To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • To participate in quality assurance processes and contribute to service development
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a physiotherapist
  • Current registration with the HCPC
  • Comprehensive understanding of CSP standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
