Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Meetings and Events Manager to join our team at W Edinburgh. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for planning and executing meetings, conferences, and other events, ensuring seamless execution and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute meetings, conferences, and other events, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • C coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual equipment, and transportation.
  • Maintain accurate records of event details, including timelines, budgets, and client communications.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, identifying opportunities to grow revenue and enhance the client experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in events management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of event planning software and technology, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
