A fantastic opportunity to help maximize the Meeting & Events across the Malmaison & Hotel Du Vin properties in Edinburgh.

Handling inbound enquiries and ensuring the smooth planning and implementation of all events taking place across Malmaison and Hotel Du Vin Edinburgh this role is perfect for somebody looking to step up from a single site M&E Coordinator role.

You will be assisting the M&E Manager in driving revenue by maximising meeting room occupancy and driving catering revenue. You will be working to optimize client relationships and the relationships with other key managers in across the two hotels.

This role will suit a organised self starter who has excellent communication skills and an eye for detail.
Experience of working in a similar property would be beneficial but a positive personality and the ability to think on your feet is essential.
