About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Team Leader to join our Fleet Operations team at Novuna Vehicle Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the Equipment Team and ensuring compliance with regulations and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and book events for the equipment and asset accessories
  • Collaborate with neighbouring team leaders to ensure processes are running smoothly
  • Create schedules in line with regulations and ensure current suppliers meet these
  • Ensure the team is meeting targets while supporting their personal development
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with excellent stakeholder management skills, a passion for driving change and improving processes, and a strong ability to work in a highly collaborative environment. You should have proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Leadership and people management skills are also essential.
