About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Fleet Manager to join our team at Novuna Vehicle Solutions. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our key customer account, Network Rail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of our customer portfolio and review performance on a daily basis
  • Manage issues and work with relevant teams to secure satisfactory resolutions for the customer
  • Maintain strong relationships internally and externally
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with excellent relationship-building skills, a natural desire to improve things, and versatility in handling problems. Industry experience or exposure to fleet management is desirable but not essential.

  • Great problem-solving skills
  • A passion for great customer satisfaction
  • Able to use your own initiative and work autonomously
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
  • Good knowledge of fleet management & operational services, including areas such as compliance, downtime, and technical services
