The Thrive Group is seeking an Aftersales Business Development Executive to join their team in Trowbridge. The successful candidate will work closely with the Group Aftersales Manager to identify new Parts customers and develop bespoke Service & Maintenance packages for fleet vehicles.

  • This role requires prior knowledge of the automotive industry within Aftersales and strong computer skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new Parts customers and develop relationships to increase turnover and profit.
  • Work with the Service Teams to create bespoke Service & Maintenance packages for fleet vehicles.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Prior knowledge of the automotive industry within Aftersales.
  • Strong computer skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
