About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fleet Compliance Team Leader to join our team at Novuna Vehicle Solutions. As a key member of our Compliance Team, you will be responsible for leading the Equipment Team and ensuring compliance with regulations and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and book events for the equipment and asset accessories
  • Collaborate with neighbouring team leaders to ensure processes are running smoothly
  • Create schedules in line with regulations and ensure current suppliers meet these
  • Ensure the team is meeting targets while supporting their personal development
Requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a highly collaborative environment
  • Leadership and people management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
  • Knowledge of process analysis
