Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled Global Diversity and Inclusion Professional to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization.



Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement programs that promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace;
  • Provide training and support to staff on diversity and inclusion-related issues;
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and best practices in diversity and inclusion;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement policies and procedures related to diversity and inclusion.


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as human resources, diversity and inclusion, or a related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a diversity and inclusion-related role;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles and practices.


What We Offer


We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also have access to comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.



About Location


The ideal candidate will be based in DC or London, but we welcome applications from candidates who are willing to relocate. This role will involve frequent travel within the region.
