Career Legal is a reputable international law firm seeking an organised and passionate Diversity and Inclusion Adviser to join their growing team in London on a 9-12 month fixed-term contract.

The role of Diversity and Inclusion Adviser involves supporting the Diversity and Inclusion team in implementing the firm's strategy across global offices. This includes day-to-day organisation and coordination of activities, developing strong relationships with committees, and acting as ambassador for the programme internally and externally.

  • Collaborate with internal comms teams to maintain global D&I communications plan, coordinate contributions from international network, and identify opportunities to raise profile of D&I activities.
  • Support delivery of key global initiatives such as communications campaigns, training, and events.
  • Monitor, record, and track activities across international offices on an ongoing basis for D&I, CSR, and pro bono, ensuring this is communicated through necessary channels such as newsletters, intranet, and website.
  • Ensure consistency across global network of D&I activities, initiatives, and plans.
  • Support firm's networks with coordination and logistics.
  • Compile global diversity data for reporting and analysis.
  • Handle day-to-day operational activities such as processing invoices, coordinating logistics for events, managing external memberships, preparing PowerPoint presentations, dealing with ad-hoc enquiries, and managing paperwork.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for diversity and inclusion, come from a role requiring coordination, organisation, and administration skills within a D&I capacity, preferably from a law firm or professional services background. The successful candidate will also have the ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate resilience with a 'can-do' attitude.
