Job Description:

  • Role Overview: The IBA Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of IBA processes, ensuring seamless integration with front-line credit control processes.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Production of client money calculations in accordance with CASS5
    • Ensuring timely collection of premiums
    • Management reporting, including aged debts, unallocated cash, funding, and bad debts
    • Staff management, mentoring, and development
    • Responsible for delivery of the monthly and year-end close
    • Assisting with complicated client ledger queries
    • Involvement in further projects
