Assistant Head Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Assistant Head Chef to join our team at Zizzi. As a senior member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for running the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef and ensuring the delivery of exceptional food and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food and exceptional customer service
  • Run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, ensuring maximum profitability and efficiency
  • Develop and implement menu plans, ensuring alignment with company standards and customer preferences
  • Collaborate with the restaurant team to deliver Great Times for our customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
