Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of culinary professionals to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and excellence in food preparation.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan and execute kitchen operations, including inventory management, food safety, and sanitation.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of culinary expertise and customer service.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to maintain profitability and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-volume hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of success in leading a culinary team and achieving exceptional guest satisfaction and quality standards.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and inventory management practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
