Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Demi Chef de Partie to join our dynamic Kitchen Team at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Bexleyheath. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, while working collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
* Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing
* Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality, and preparation standards
* Work as part of a team to prepare food for our restaurant, bar/lounge, room service, and banqueting operations
