Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area / Field Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as sourcing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and build upon existing relationships with clients, including healthcare professionals, education establishments, and end users.
  • Sourcing new leads to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Manage your own diary and respond to customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
  • After comprehensive training, become a product expert and confidently demonstrate our product portfolio to clients.
  • Represent our company, products, and services at trade events and exhibitions.
  • Accurately use and update our CRM system to track customer interactions and sales performance.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and improve sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a consultative sales role, preferably in the healthcare or education sector.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Excellent listening skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to confidently present our products and services to clients.
  • A self-starter with the ability to manage your own time, diary, and journey planning.
  • Organized and confident in managing your own administration, including CRM system updates and market research.
  • Naturally proactive, with a willingness to build on existing skills and experience.
