Business Expansion Specialist

We are seeking a Business Expansion Specialist to join our sales team at BeBee Professionals in Burton upon Trent. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities and developing strong client relationships. This role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Create and present customized sales proposals that meet customer needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
- Regularly report sales performance to management and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or a related role, ideally in technology.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Competitive base salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, plus commissions and bonuses.
