Café and Chef Operations Manager

Job Summary:
This role involves leading the catering team in delivering high-quality food and hospitality services to approximately 900 people daily. The successful candidate will work closely with the operations manager to ensure day-to-day catering and hospitality meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial budget for the location and develop the members and staff dining and hospitality facilities.
- Lead the catering team in the production and service of food, ensuring quality and customer service standards are maintained.
- Develop the food offer in line with current market trends and company values.
- Ensure compliance with all Food & Beverage policies, standards, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in delivering excellent food standards and leading a catering team.
- High level of communication skills, including reading, writing, and listening.
- Good understanding and use of verbal and written English.
