Job Overview:
Pertemps Bond is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to provide exceptional customer experiences from the outset. This role involves being the primary point of contact, offering proactive solutions to any issues or concerns that customers may face following a purchase.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Delivering outstanding customer service at all times, ensuring complete satisfaction
  • Understanding customer requirements and taking prompt action to resolve their queries
  • Verifying and updating customer information on our CRM system with accuracy
  • Proactively offering solutions to potential customer concerns
  • Escalating complex cases to our 2nd line case management team when necessary
  • Owning the customer experience and ensuring seamless follow-through
  • Working with precision and attention to detail in all tasks

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Able to learn new systems and procedures with ease and enthusiasm
  • Proficient in computer skills, including internet and email usage
  • Demonstrated listening and communication skills for effective query resolution
  • A positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Excellent organisational skills for managing multiple tasks
  • Flexible and resilient in a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:
A competitive salary ranging from £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic team.
