Building Fabric Specialist

The successful candidate will design, tender, procure, and deliver long-term maintenance and campus-wide projects. Responsibilities include establishing and delivering long-term maintenance projects, developing and producing tender documentation, and maintaining best practice and compliance with statutory Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation. You will also provide professional building fabric knowledge and advice to the wider Team in Building Services, co-ordinate and manage projects, and manage contractors employed on project works.
Requirements for this role include a NEBOSH General Certificate or willingness to undertake this, substantial experience of project managing small construction and maintenance projects, and excellent communication skills. A full driving licence is required. The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
