Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison to provide exceptional customer experiences at Pertemps Bond. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and taking proactive steps to resolve any issues or concerns.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Understand and address customer queries efficiently

  • Escalate cases to the 2nd line management team when necessary
  • Take ownership of customer experiences and ensure follow-through
  • Work with a high degree of accuracy
