About the Job:
We are looking for a skilled Youth Intervention Coordinator to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd. As a key member of our social services division, you will be responsible for working with children and families to identify and address their needs.
Job Description:
- Assess risks and needs through home visits and community outreach
- Develop and implement individualized support plans for children and families
- Provide direct support and guidance to children and families
Requirements:
- Must have a degree or equivalent in social work
- Current registration with Social Work England is required
- Significant frontline experience as a qualified social worker in the UK is essential
Compensation and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
