Account Director Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead our global FMCG brand team at McCann London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving fully integrated campaigns that resonate with consumers and align with the brand's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for integrated campaigns across TV, digital, and social media channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients, providing strategic guidance and support.
  • Lead and mentor account teams, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to excel in their roles.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in an agency setting, ideally as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager.
  • Proven success managing TVCs and purpose-driven work, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong strategic planning abilities, with a deep understanding of purpose-led marketing and how to connect it with commercial objectives.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills, with experience working with senior stakeholders on a global scale.
