Salary Information

The salary for this position is estimated to be between £60,000 and £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This is a senior leadership role that requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our sales and marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, building and managing high-performing teams, and engaging with school and trust leaders to promote our services.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading a small sales and marketing team and personally securing sales;
  • Enhancing our brand, PR, and communications, and supporting fundraising efforts;
  • Designing, executing, and monitoring impactful campaigns to reach new schools and trusts;
  • Building and managing high-performing teams, contributing to the Leadership Team;
  • Engaging and inspiring audiences of school and trust leaders through public speaking.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong track record of building high-performing teams, developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, and driving business growth. You should also have excellent interpersonal skills, a commercial sense, and the ability to develop and strengthen relationships.
