Contracts Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our team at Tilia Homes, working from our Eastern region and based at our office in Bedford on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure service delivery meets financial targets and operates within the agreed budget, driving business growth and profitability.
- Develop and maintain effective client and partner relationships to identify, propose, and secure profitable work within the client base or scope of contract.
- Participate in contract reviews with Senior Management and Directors to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare and present performance reports to a board level audience, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement plans and processes to prioritize and delegate workloads, achieving contract objectives and delivering exceptional results.
- Produce and maintain contract sectional plans and Key Work Objectives for contract managers and support staff, ensuring clear goals and expectations.
- Develop and maintain customer relations to maximize perception of the business and identify opportunities for future commercial growth.
- Ensure accurate and timely generation of management, financial, and performance information, consistent with reporting requirements.
- Analyze data to inform strategic and operational planning, enabling services to be delivered with specific outcomes and driving business success.
- Identify opportunities to develop and refine management processes, information systems, technology, and processes, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Develop and deploy organizational development, staff, and other improvement plans to maximize contract performance and financial return.
- Manage staff performance through performance conversations, setting clear Key Work Objectives aligned with the Service Plan.
- Identify, enable, and deliver cultural change and behaviors through flexible working and outcome-focused approaches, driving business excellence.
- Manage and maintain facilities management qualifications for hard and soft FM services, ensuring compliance with PFI contractual requirements and client/stakeholder expectations.
- Understand and apply PFI contractual requirements, KPIs, and client/stakeholder requirements and contract deliverables, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Demonstrate best practice and good business management practices, driving business success and excellence.
